I'm glad to have you here.
Welcome to my site! I'm so excited that you want to learn more about Lifecrafting - my own particular style of "intentional living." My goal is to help you know what brings you joy, and fill your life with more of it! Along the way, my hope is to inspire you to live more sustainably, and to see the value in who you are, and to help you think outside the box and take a few leaps of faith along the way.
I'm a Family Medicine physician with special interests in Lifestyle and Integrative Medicine and a passion for writing. I'm also a single mom of two energetic little boys, an adult figure skater, and a fan of all things outdoors.
